The fiscal equipment distributor Sedona ALM moved from a series of non-integrated applications to a system that successfully covers all business segments: sales, accounting, management and logistics. With a turnover of around 17 million RON, Sedona distributes a varied range of fiscal equipment, accessories and consumables to traders in Romania and beyond. Given the constant challenges encountered by the company, it became a priority for Sedona’s managers to implement a modern software solution, which would allow the integrated management of all business areas and support the company’s growth rate. The CRM component of the ERP solution allowed Sedona to better organize its sales activity, gain increased visibility over employee activities and improve customer relations. Additionally, agents can transmit sales orders from the field in real time, leading to n shorter processing times. Warehouse activity has also been considerably simplified with the help of the WMS functionalities available in the ERP system. This logistics component of SeniorERP gives the customer control over inventory and operations, while optimizing warehouse space.
