Corect 2000, online distributor of electronic devices, optimally manages its entire activity since the replacement of its old ERP software with a modern and integrated solution, consisting of the SeniorERP and SeniorVisualBI systems from Senior Software. Currently, the company processes hundreds of orders from eMAG each day without any errors and has a simplified invoicing process, reducing the time spent on this operation from several weeks to a few hours.
Corect 2000, a business that sells electronic devices online, has achieved major time savings and and manages its activity much more efficiently after giving up its old management software in favour of a powerful ERP system. The retailer decided to improve its business performance by implementing the SeniorERP system integrated with the data reporting and analysis software SeniorVisualBI, from Senior Software
With a turnover of around 24 million RON, the company sells a wide range of electronic products, both through its online store and through the eMAG Marketplace platform. Accurate inventory management, as well as a simplified order taking and management process, including invoicing activities, were two of the retailer’s major concerns. Currently, as a result of the partnership with Senior Software, the company easily manages operations in an integrated fashion, and by automating the data transfer between the new ERP software and the eMAG platform, the distributor is seamlessly processing hundreds of orders per day.
Connecting the SeniorERP system with the eMAG platform allows for automatic association of payments from the collection report with the corresponding invoices and, implicitly, the settlement of balances, thus ensuring the traceability and accuracy of the entire invoicing process.
Prior to the partnership with Senior Software, the distributor was using an ERP system provided by a vendor from Targu Mures (Romania). As the company grew, the software in question was no longer able to cover the company’s needs, and the customizations required were numerous and the implementation took too long.
The problems faced by the Corect 2000 team were related to both inventory management accuracy and aspects related to business accounting, which was kept in a separate program, not integrated with the old ERP. The distributor was experiencing difficulties regarding invoice export and, also, the completion an generation of financial statements in accordance with legal requirements.
With Senior Software’s ERP system, the company optimally manages its inventory, including returns and service activities. By eliminating out-of-stock and overstock situations, but also by processing orders faster and more accurately, the distributor has managed to improve both the way business is conducted by the company and its commercial relations with customers and suppliers. With SeniorVisualBI, Corect 2000 managers plan to track sales and profitability in detail according to various internally set criteria of interest, which will allow them to design more effective business strategies. At the same time, the distributor will benefit from a new B2C platform, an online shop that will also be provided by Senior Software and which will also be integrated with SeniorERP.
