Nu Oricum Serv, company that supplies vegetables to the largest retailer in Romania, uses a modern ERP system with the help of which it has optimized its activity and gained major time savings. Since it started using SeniorERP from Senior Software, the company manages its resources more efficiently and has improved information exchange with IKA, generating business documents with just one click. The supplier plans to open a new logistics center and a new factory, development that will be supported by Senior Software’s integrated systems.
Nu Oricum Serv, one of the companies that supplies a leading Romanian retailer, has optimized its business after replacing its old software with a complete ERP solution for integrated business management. A few months ago, the supplier implemented SeniorERP from Senior Software to automate and organise its workflows and improve communication with IKA. The company has achieved better resource management, recorded major time savings and benefits from increased traceability and operability in day-to-day tasks.
With a turnover of about 8 million euros, Nu Oricum Serv, a company from Dambovita (Romania), sells phytosanitary products, seeds, articles for greenhouses, and is also a producer and supplier of vegetables and fruits. The business’ main challenge was exchanging information with IKA. This process was difficult because several non-integrated systems were used, which required manual and iterative data entry. With the implementation of the SeniorERP solution, this problem was solved. In a very short time, thanks to the integrated business management system, the supplier eliminated repetitive tasks, which were prone to errors, unnecessarily consumed resources and did not add value to the company.
With SeniorERP, the Nu Oricum Serv team has real-time access to any information of interest, with data being transmitted quickly and presented in an easy to interpret format. Data operation automations have increased employee productivity and eliminated operational errors, and with detailed reports in the system, the provider has gained visibility and control over the entire business.
In terms of vegetable production, the company now has control over raw material consumption and benefits from a much clearer view of production, made possible by adapting the SeniorERP solution to the specifics of the business. Nu Oricum Serv also uses Senior Software’s SeniorHR solution, a human resources software with which the company efficiently manages all HR activities in a single system.
Nu Oricum Serv plans to build a new 2,400 square meter temperature-controlled logistics center, which will primarily aim to reduce supply times, as well as a vegetable processing plant, which will be equipped with new vegetable technologies. Flexible and scalable, Senior Software’s solutions are able to assimilate large volumes of data and support any changes in the company resulting from business expansion and development.
